An Accepted Entries List can be found here. Institutions have until 5pm on Friday 2 June 2023 to review this list. A Final entries list will be published by Wednesday 7 June 2023.
Please note: Requests for changes to the data submitted on 果冻视频 Play, will be subject to an admin charge of £10 per change. These requests are not guaranteed. No new entries will be accepted during this window.

Where an individual develops a new injury/medical condition requiring them to withdraw, a medical note can be submitted to avoid incurring a fine.
Withdrawals should be emailed to the event lead via your athletic union.

Target Lists
Final Target Lists will be released on and the 果冻视频 Outdoors Event Page Friday 9 June 2023 once the field is set up or at 5.30pm, whichever is later. Only those persons listed on the Final Accepted Entries List can participate and will be allocated a target.
PLEASE NOTE: It is highly likely that archers will change targets between days, so please make sure you check both the and target lists.

Equipment
Clothing
Competitors’ clothing must conform to , rule 307. Archer arriving in clothing that does not conform to rule 307, will not be allowed to compete until they are in appropriate clothing.
Volunteering
In order to enable the shoot to run as smoothly as possible the organising team are looking to build a large field party to assist in the running of the event. Anyone not shooting, and able to volunteer should join the Facebook event or email [email protected]
Metal Detectors & Arrow Jacs
If your club owns a metal detector and/or arrow jac, we would be very grateful if you could bring them with you. A system will be implemented to ensure that all equipment is looked after and that the person in charge of it is accountable for any damage, should it occur. If you can bring a metal detector, arrow jac or any other equipment you think would benefit us, please let us know by emailing [email protected]
Catering & Facilities
There will be a catering service in the pavilion selling food and drinks from 7:30-17:00 on each day of shooting, or alternatively competitors can bring a packed lunch. All competitors are advised to bring plenty of water with them to drink throughout the day, however there is a drinking water tap on the side of the pavilion to refill bottles. There will not be time to leave the shoot at lunchtime to purchase food from a supermarket. Queen’s Bar will be open until 23:00 selling a limited selection of food and drink (last food orders 22:00).
An accessible toilet can be found in the Pavilion.
Please be aware that Lilleshall no longer provide camping.

In view of the provisions of the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are required to sign the photography register.
