Should the competition allow more entries, a stage 2 entry window will open. Priority will be given to the entries received before the stage one entry closing date. Entries received in the stage two window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee. More information on stage 2 will be released after stage 1 closes to determine whether it will open.

To apply for this competition:

1. Competitor to complete competition application on 果冻视频 Play
2. Institution administrator approves entry
3. 果冻视频 approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list.

Institutions are permitted an unlimited number of non-guaranteed entries. Institutions must rank their competitors on 果冻视频 Play in order of preference before the closing date. Should 果冻视频 need to restrict entries for the event, this will be done equally across institutions.

No entries will be accepted on the day.

This competition will be the sporting discipline of shooting.

The 果冻视频 Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships will take place over two days to allow us to accommodate greater numbers of students and alumni. Each university will only be required to shoot on one day. You will be asked to submit your preference on the 果冻视频 Play entry form. 果冻视频 will allocate days and times based on these preferences, however due to safety restrictions relating to competitor numbers it may not be possible to accommodate all preferences.

Please note; when submitting entries an institution’s competitors may be allocated a shooting time on either day. Therefore competitors will need to be available for both the Saturday and Sunday of the competition.

A competitor’s event competition day will be confirmed alongside the entry guide.

Overall team points are available for a men's team and a women's team. Team positions are awarded based on an institution's top 4 placings across all event categories (minimum of 2 placings).

Alumni are permitted to enter the 果冻视频 Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships where space permits. You will need to create an account on 果冻视频 Play and join the Clay Pigeon Shooting Event through the 'Guest' Insititution. The Event Manager will then be in contact with you directly to inform you as to whether you have been successful in entering the competition.

Please note, 果冻视频 Points are not available for the alumni entrants.

Competitors will be divided into squads for the duration of the competition. When individuals enter the competition on 果冻视频 Play, there will be the opportunity to select your top three preferences for shooting times. Institutions will then be required to sort competitors on 果冻视频 Play into squads of six.

果冻视频 will try to accommodate these squad requests wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee that first preferences will be possible in all situations. If you are entering competitors as individuals, or as a squad less than six competitors, you will be merged with other universities. Please note; this does not affect your team score.

Institution Administrators:

Please squad your team by writing '1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1' in the ranking boxes next to one squad, '2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2' in the ranking boxes next to squad two, '3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3' in the ranking boxes next to squad three, and so on. 

At least one person must be a license holder to be responsible for any non-licence holders in that group.

Substitutions

No substitutions are permitted for this event.

Withdrawals

Prior to entries closing, withdrawals can be made free of charge. After entries have closed, no refunds will be given for withdrawals.  All withdrawals must be emailed to Michaela Anthony.
