ENTRY COSTS

£43.75 per competitor (Stage 1)

£52.50 per competitor (Stage 2)

Institutions will be guaranteed 3 entries per gender and can have up to 20 non-guaranteed entries. To be eligible for the team competition an institution must have at least 3 entries of the same sex. For example, if an institutions submits 3 women’s entries and 2 men’s entries, they will be eligible for the women’s team competition, but not the men’s team competition.

If the event is oversubscribed, 果冻视频 will restrict entries equally across institutions. Therefore, institution administrators should rank their entries in order of preference and if the event reaches capacity 果冻视频 will use these rankings to determine places at the event.

Each competitor must supply the full names of two route judges, along with their preferred judging session, when entering on 果冻视频 Play.

Competitors who arrive on the day without a route judge (Unless you are the only entrant from your institution) will be charged a £25 fine and will not be permitted to compete. The event relies on people volunteering to judge so please if possible ensure you also route judge as well as compete.

Please note – Whilst 果冻视频 will do everything possible to accommodate the route judges preferred session, this may not be possible. Please be sure to check the communications ahead of the event for confirmed climbing and route judging sessions.

The top 4 placings in the men’s and women’s individual events will earn 果冻视频 points for their institution.

The top 8 teams from the men’s and women’s team events will also earn 果冻视频 points for their institutions.

Team positions are calculated based upon the performance of all 果冻视频 men’s or women’s entrants of that institution. The top 3 scores of entrants from each institution in the individual competition will be extracted to form the team competition.

Withdrawals should be made through an institution administrator, via email, to Chris Lamb.

Withdrawals made before the Institution Administrator deadline (2 February 2023 at 23:59pm) will not be charged the entry fee.

Withdrawals made after the Institution Administrator deadline (2 February 2023 at 23:59pm) will still be charged the entry fee.

This will be released closer to the competition date.
