Parking

Competitors can park in the Equestrian Centre Car Park, however please ensure that you park in the signposted area of the car park, as there will be an area reserved for trailer and horsebox parking only. If you are unsure, please check with the 果冻视频 registration desk.

Food & Drink

There is an on-site café which will be open throughout the day, and will stock a variety of food and drink for competitors and spectators to purchase.

The cafe will remain open until the final phase of competition on each day.

Clothing

PLEASE NOTE: Body protectors are compulsory at this venue and MUST be worn by competitors.

Clothing requirements are as per 果冻视频 Regulation EQU 2 - Rider Dress.

Competitors Meeting

At present, we do not plan to host the 'traditional' competitors meeting this year. Instead, there will be a number of opportunities for informal conversations with 果冻视频 Staff and the Tournament Director, as well as providing feedback through the digital QR codes that will be around the venue. Having feedback through the official channels is vital and will allow us to best action any points raised.

Please come and speak to us whenever is convenient if you have any feedback!

Presentations

Presentations will take place on Wednesday evening, for the Trophy, and Friday evening, for the Championship. These are expected to take place at approximately 19:00 for the Trophy, and 17:00 for the Championship, but this is subject to change at any point.

We are also excited to annouce that for 2024-25, there will also be a 'Rider & Horse Harmony Award' presented to one individual in both the Trophy and Championship Finals. We are further delighted to annouce that this award will be chosen and presented by Jabeena Maslin MBE, a prominent figure in British Equestrian history.
