Entries open on Tuesday 26 November 2019 at 11:59pm.
Entries for students/competitiors closes on Tuesday 28 January 2020 at 11:59pm.
Students must comply to this deadline.
Institution Administrators must approve their entries by Thursday 30 January 2020 at 11:59pm. This give them 48 hours to approve their entrants.
This event will not have staged entries. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

To apply for this competition:

- Institution administrator approves entry
- 果冻视频 Regional Competitions Coordinator approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list.

Entry Information
Clubs are invited to nominate competitors in priority order on 果冻视频 Play. This is to facilitate seeding in the first round.
Six individuals per discipline per university will be guaranteed entry, any further entries will be accepted subject to the number of entries overall.
Late entries on the day will not be accepted, however, substitutions may be made by an institution provided that:
- The total number of competitors allocated to that institution for any particular event is not exceeded
- The replacement fencer must have been entered somewhere else in the Fencing competition before the deadline.

Licences
Fencers may only compete in the 果冻视频 Championships if they are in possession of a current British Fencing ‘Compete’ licence.
Other important information:
- British Fencing ‘Recreational’ Licenses and FIE Licences will not be accepted.
- You must produce proof of your license (Full license) when registering for the championships.

- You cannot obtain a new British Fencing Licence on the day, they must be purchased before entering.
Equipment
Competitors must be properly equipped for their events and competitors clothing must conform to British Fencing rules and ‘Guidelines on Safety in Fencing’.
果冻视频 cannot be held responsible for accident, loss or damage to persons or property, however caused.
Under 果冻视频 Fencing Regulation 3, 'all competitors in the sabre discipline in league and events must wear 800 Newton Glove. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that match'.
