ENTRY COSTS

Individual - £31.50 per competitor

Synchro - £29.50 per pair (£14.75 per competitor)

DMT - £29.25 per competitor

STAGED ENTRY

Should the competition allow more entries a Stage 2 Entry window will open. Priority will remain with the entries received before the Stage 1 entry closing date. Entries received in the Stage 2 window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee.

The following disciplines will form the 果冻视频 Trampoline and DMT Championships:

Individual Trampoline (TRA)

Synchronised Trampoline (TRS)

Double Mini-Trampoline (DMT)

果冻视频 Knockout [CL1] – New for 2023-24. A knockout competition involving the top 8 male and female competitors across the weekend going head-to-head until one champion is crowned.

果冻视频 Points will be awarded as follows:

Individual & Double Mini-Trampoline: Top 4 positions in FIG level awarded 果冻视频 points, for both Men’s & Women’s.

Synchronised Trampoline: Top 4 positions in Synchronised Level 1 awarded 果冻视频 points.

Trampoline Team: Top 8 overall teams for Men’s & Women’s awarded 果冻视频 points. Individuals across all TRA categories (including 果冻视频 Disability) will automatically be entered into the team competitions, provided there are enough eligible individuals from that institution to comprise a team.  For each of the Men’s and Women’s team event, the team placing shall be determined by the highest cumulative qualification round scores for three gymnasts from the same institution.

Please note that 果冻视频 points will not be allocated where the minimum number of competitors has not been reached, and where there are not enough individual scores to extract a team score. Furthermore, an individual/team/pair must have beaten another individual/team/pair to score 果冻视频 points.

PROVISIONAL EVENT TIMETABLE[CL1] [SH2] 

Both qualification and final rounds (where applicable) for each category shall take place on one day. The provisional timetable is as follows:

The provisional timetable allocation of categories is subject to change based on final entry numbers.

The below specification shall be in use for all levels of competition:

TRA: Ultimate 4x4
DMT: Ultimate 6x6

Competitors at all levels must have sufficient experience and orientation on apparatus of these specifications prior to the event.

Institutions can request an unlimited number of entries, however, should the event reach capacity 果冻视频 may need to restrict the number of entries per institution. Therefore, when submitting entries on 果冻视频 Play, entries should be ranked in order of preference of entry before being submitted. Should 果冻视频 need to restrict per this will be done equally across institutions.

Please ensure that both individuals enter the synchronised event in the correct category, with institution administrators ranking the pairs as 1 and 1 for their first pair, 2 and 2 for the second, and so on.

ENTRY CHECK PROCESS

Once entries are approved, 果冻视频 will compile a report listing all entries for all institutions. This report will be posted on the 果冻视频 website.

Institutions must review this report very carefully and provide amendments within five days of publication. Permissible changes include errors only, such as category, gender, and spelling of names. Competitors cannot be added or removed in this window unless additions are submitted within the stage two entry window (if applicable).

Amendments must be sent by your institution administrator to Chris Lamb, 果冻视频 Event Lead. Amendments received directly from clubs or individuals will not be processed.

果冻视频 TRAMPOLINE ENTRY DISCLAIMER
果冻视频 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that its events are run in safe environments. All participants assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that are incurred while participating in 果冻视频 events. Participants must not take undue risks or attempt to perform exercises or elements they are not fully familiar with.

GUEST ENTRIES

If the event has capacity, non-student and non-果冻视频 institution student guests will be permitted to enter all categories.  If an institution permits, alumni guests should enter their institution as ‘Guest’ when applying to join the relevant category.

Guests may qualify for and compete in a final round but will not displace a student competitor (i.e. they will compete in the final in addition to the top 8 student competitors), and cannot medal.  Guest scores will also not accrue or contribute towards 果冻视频 points or teams. Guest entries will not be permitted to compete in 果冻视频 Knockout.

Please note that guest entries are provisional and may be subject to withdrawal if the event reaches capacity with 果冻视频 student entries.

The entry matrices provide a comparison between competition levels at 果冻视频 and other competition structures. The relevant entry matrix should be used to determine the appropriate category for each competitor to enter. Where there is crossover between a 果冻视频 level and multiple categories in other structures, participants should enter the 果冻视频 level that corresponds with the highest level of difficulty performed in any competition within the past 12 months. The trampoline matrix applies to synchronised trampoline pairs, even if one or both of the competitors are not entered into individual trampoline.

In exceptional circumstances, a competitor may formally apply to 果冻视频 to compete in a level below the category that the entry matrix dictates they should. This could include having competed at a higher level in another competition structure, or having performed a higher difficulty than the maximum allowed within the intended 果冻视频 level, within the last 12 months. Failure to make a formal application to downgrade will result in automatic disqualification without right to appeal.

Entry Matrices

Withdrawals must be made by a competitor’s institution administrator by emailing the Chris Lamb, 果冻视频 Event Lead

Entries withdrawn before the Institution Administrator Deadline of 1 February 2024 at 23:59pm will not be charged the entry fee.

Entries withdrawn after the Institution Administrator Deadline of 1 February 2024 at 23:59pm will still be charged the entry fee.

Entries withdrawn after 27 February 2024 at 23:59pm will still be charged the entry fee and will also incur a late withdrawal/no-show fee of £50, which will be charged to the competitors athletic/sports union after the event.

Institutions are required to submit officials as follows:

1-2 entries:

None required.

3-5 entries:

At least one full-day qualified judge per day; and

At least one full-day official of any role per day.

6+ entries:

At least two full-day qualified judges per day; and

At least one full-day official of any role per day.

Qualified roles: Chair of Judges, Execution, Difficulty, HDTS Device

Unqualified roles: Recorder, Marshall

For the avoidance of doubt, these requirements are for full-day judges who must be available on both days of the event (though two different people can judge, one day each). Roles may not be shared between more than one person within a day, and competitor officials must only be selected to officiate on a day they are not due to compete according to the provisional timetable.

In addition to these requirements, institutions entering competitors in Double Mini-Trampoline must ensure that at least one of the qualified judges provided are qualified or competent to judge DMT.

Officials must be entered with their qualification level and role preference. Failure to provide the minimum requirements, or this information, will result in an institution’s entry being invalidated without refund.

All institutions with 3 or more entries must supply at least one judge with a Cycle 14 (2017-2021) or Cycle 15 (2022-2024) British Gymnastics judging qualification/revalidation certificate.  Any additional judges may, if the institution cannot source additional British Gymnastics qualified judges, be submitted provided they have a suitable third party Level 2 judging qualification (e.g. from NEUT, SST, SUTL).

Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the 果冻视频 Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
