The official Torch has arrived in North Rhine-Westphalia and is now making its way through venues across the Ruhr area. In the coming weeks, it will be on display in Bochum, Duisburg, Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr, and Hagen.
Nominations for all GB Students sports; Athletics, Archery, Artistic Gymnastics, Badminton, Beach Volleyball, Diving, Fencing, Judo, Rowing, Swimming, Taekwondo, Table Tennis, Tennis, and Wheelchair Basketball, have now closed.
We are now working closely with NGBs on selections, as we prepare to finalise our first GB Students delegation for a FISU Summer World University Games since Naples 2019.
We hope the next delegation can continue the medal success that GB Students have experienced in the last two Winter Games in Lake Placid and Torino.
